Wow. Not a bad bunch of signatures!!! I wonder what the lifetime tournament cash earnings of all those players would add up to?? Probably more than I make in 5 years working a regular full time job!!

Well, since you put it that way ....
It's starting to sound like a disc originally lost at a tournamnet by a traveling player. Vanderboss & Traverse on the same disc would make me think it's possibly from the 2001 20002 era? Last time I rmember seeing them in the same place.
If you're current on with the PDGA, and Michael Jones is current, you should be able to find him thorigh search or post on the PDGA discussion board.
If he played the Masters you could find his PDGA #
