Hurricane Charity Results - 2005/09/26 21:09
The BIG result is $435.00 collected for the victims of the hurricanes hitting the gulf coast! The DDGC is going to kick in an additional $100.00 for a grand total of $535.00
We had 34 players participate and if you do the math, you'll see that we should have only collected $340.00 Some players donated their winnings and some players out for an early round donated even though they didn't play. All of this says a great deal about the character and generousity of the players we all see on the course every day.
It's a pleasure to be associated with such a fantastic group of people.
Also special thanks to Mark Karleskind for donating a brand new disc to the winners of each division! The next time you need a new disc (or a used one), pick one up from Mark. And don't forget DDGC members get a discount too!
