Even the NBA finals couldn't keep these eight intrepid golfers away!
Jon Baldwin defended his #4 tag (which we were all determined to wrest from his firm grip on it...) and only two tags exchanged hands overall.
Here's the breakdown (starting tag/score/ending tag):
Jon Baldwin - #4..-1...#4 Stan Pratt - #23...0..#23 Dave Thomas - #27...+5..#27 CJ - #33 -....+6..#33 Jason Gael - #39..+8..#39 TJ - #86 - ...+8....#71 Daniel Wootan - #75...+9......#75 Gabe House - #71...+12..#86
Thanks to all who came out tonight. Jon says he'll be back next week so come on out and take a crack at #4!

(By the way, I'll be at the Ed Headrick Birthday Memorial in Lakeport this weekend so I won't be around to mow - but I'm hoping there won't be anything left to mow by Monday...hint hint )

Thanks for the quick post Dave!
That was fun I hope we get more people next week, a few other low numbers would be nice
Also, I think each group should keep scores on a card just so we don't rely on our sometimes forgetful minds ...What triple? Oh yeah, that one

Yeah, it was fun, I had a roller coaster round but kept my tag again. No aces this time. The bummer of the round was I lost a hundred dollar bill. I never carry cash on the course but I forgot to empty my pockets before the round. Some where along the course it came out of my pocket. Most likely on hole 9, that's the last place I remember reaching in my pocket. So if anyone found a nice green picture of Ben, you know where it came from. If you're feeling like you need a karma boost, I'll return the favor with 50%. It's worth a shot I second Jon's comment about the score cards. They really help when counting up all those birdies. CJ

I was soo close to getting that tag. If only I could putt from farther than 8 feet *grin*.
Thursday bag tag is a great thing. The tags add a fun element to a nice casual round. There is just enough pressure to do well.
I'll bring some score cards next Thursday. I'll see what I can do to donate a big stack of them for the course in general also. I seem to have come across a bit of cash and it just seems right to donate it back to the course. (Just kidding CJ, if I had found it you'd have it by now, I need the karma)

Sounds like a good time, guys. Wish I had been there rather than watching that terrible ball game. And, it sounds like the opportunity to make a $100 was on the line too. What a disappointment!
Another finals game is scheduled for next Thursday, but I may have to miss the pain and suffering. The Spurs looked unstoppable in the fourth quarter.
Good luck in Lakeport, Daviar.
See you guys around the course.

GOOD LUCK DAVE!!! YOU ROCK!
I knew my group should've started 2nd! Dang! $100 Bill? did you put your name and number on it? -- I'm loving Thursdays too! Jon, I'll try to win a really low number by Thursday so you have some company. Don't keep your fingers crossed. I can't believe you guys are a bunch of early risers, like me.
Scorecards were used last week, we just didn't have them available this week.
Was too tired after two rounds to go see Heath's band, though I really wanted to, didn't anybody check it out????
cheers,
Jason
