thank you, Tree planters - 2007/01/09 10:15
As of Monday morning there are only 3-6 trees left in the clubhouse.
Thanks to your hard work we now have 150+ new trees!
They are Coastal Redwood, Coulter and Ponderosa Pine.
Now, how about adopting some trees to water/ weed?

hey Bodi- thanks for taking charge of this very important project.

are they "adoptable" trees already in 5 gallon containers or something like that? I live in Redwoods, and the young-uns seem to do well here.

They have all found homes out on the course. Some of them are in interesting places, but heck if they can grow there more power to them.

They are 'adoptable' as such. I've picked a bunch that I'd like to see flourish and have taken to watering them some mornings and such. Hopefully a lot of people will do the same. I'm not sure if they'll make it, but I'm kind of partial to the one's on the 13/16 fairway. I'm thinking they might need some extra protection in order to survive.

Thank you everyone who pitched in and helped make this happen. It says great things about the future of our course.
