parking is always crazy for the masters cup so im hoping this year we can carpool. save some gas money, save the parking spaces for those coming from afar, hook up a ride for a college student... anybody playing Am masters cup living on the westisde?

Yes that is a very good point. There was a club meeting tonight at 7:00 at Stan's work. We were discussing about where people could park, possible solutions are as follows: 1) get guard to open up the first gate to allow parking there 2) close holes #20/#22 and have some of that as parking.

Re:Am Masters 2007 rides to De La - 2007/04/25 07:55great idea chris. if possible, please, park at the upper lake at the golf course, or, even at the golf course. we are trying to get permission to park at the Armory, but, dealing with the military is a tough go. there is also the possibility of parking at the Stroke Center. we will attempt to provide a shuttle service. however, if you do park offsite, give yourself plenty of time, in case you need to walk in.
playing 17 and 26a are probable alternatives, which we would 'probably' take out holes 20 & 22 to allow for a warmup area and for some parking overflow. this is still not decided upon, until we know whether the Armory is going to be an alternative location.

Chris E., I'm on the West Siiiiiiiiide and heading up to the course pretty early on Friday. If that is convenient for you let me know.
