The monthly starts about 9:00am with an entry fee of $5.00. The entry fee is donated to the DDGC to help with the monthly maintenance costs which the club endures, such as the Porta-Potty and the weekly trash removal. Multiple divisions are offered and players of all levels are encouraged to participate.

Gotta represent. I think I won 2nd last year...
And it's a rad local course with little to no access outside of the few events he allows.

At this point, we should make it clear that the DDGC thoroughly supports the St Francis Charity event and we encourage members and the public to participate.
However, the monthly tournament has been held the first Saturday of the month for the last 21 years and we'd like to keep this tradition in motion. We also realize that not everyone will be able to attend the St Francis Charity or may not be able to afford the higher entry fee.
We (the DDGC) want people to go play at Shaffer park on Saturday (just want to make that point clear ). But for those who cannot play the St Francis for whatever reason, we will be at Dela for the monthly and the DDGC will donate a portion of the proceeds from the monthly to the St Francis Charity.
It's all good.
