Well I believe this to be a bug, but am not absolutely sure. Anyway, when I attempt to log on alot of times, it will do a refresh and put the login/pw fields blank. Where I believe that if you enter it wrong, it will let you know ?

What OS, browser and version are you using? Do you have an popup blockers on? The message comes in the form of an alert dialog box and some popup blockers don't let those appear.
Have you tried it on another browser? This info will help us debug the problem.

Okay, dumb dolan. Its most likely the browser I use... I use flock and sometimes firefox. When I use those browsers and try to login to dela, it kicks back the login/pw to blank. Though so far when I use IE(yuck) it doesn't

I've never used flock, but I'm using Firefox and still haven't seen the problem. Maybe you have an older version of Firefox. Try check the version and if it's not at least 1.5 you should upgrade.
