On stuff like club meetings, monthlies, and work days??? I guarantee turnout for all these things would be better if emails were sent out the week of the scheduled event.
Is there someone out there setup to do this sort of thing (i.e. has the list of current club members' email addresses)? I know there has been some discussion about this...

Well I am not sure if there is a desinated person to mail out the reminders + post it on the website. I guess I can email and ask. If not, then I would be willing to take on that part.
