my course - 2008/01/24 11:17
i am new to this forum. i am looking for a few people to try out my disc course just outside of watsonville. there are 20 holes with dirt tees. as of now i have one mach 5 basket and i am using tone poles for the rest. the holes arefrom 230ft to about 450ft. the holes range from uphill, downhill, narrow hallways, and over water.

other than a friend and i no one has played this course. i just dont know anyone else who plays. so i am looking for a few RESPONSIBLE people that want to try it out and give me some constructive criticism. anyone?

Hi Mark,

Is the course on private property? I'd be interested in checking it out at some point. I've never designed a course but I have played over 50 courses throughout the US and I have some sense of what is good vs. poor design.

Have you ever played DeLaveaga? Or the courses at CSUMB?

Cheers,
Steve

steve, the course is on private property.

i have played delaviega a few times, and black mouse but have not played CSUMB yet. i used to live in chico and played bidwell a lot. i am pretty much just an average amateur player.

the course can be challenging but its nothing like delaviega. it would be nice to get some good players out here to check it out. the hole possibilities are endless!

I don't have near the qualifications as Dr. Steve, but I do live in Watsonville and could even bring 3 baskets to put up while we play. New courses are always fun!
