Cutting the Grass.... - 2004/04/12 06:42
It is always a self gratifying feeling to look out over the fairway and see the freshly cut grass, this time of year .

However, as I was cutting the fairway of hole #16 yesterday morning, I snagged a 'log' under some deep grass that completely bent the blade on the brand new mower I purchased, for my hole sponsor donation to the club this year....the thing lasted two whole days.

If you read this, please, help out the grass cutters. As you play, please, be aware of the branches, logs and rocks which litter the frairways and move them to an area away from where the grass cutters need to mow....THANKS!!!

Hi Guderun.

1) I cut th grass on 22, 23, 24. I left a mower stashed in the "clubhouse" you are welcome to use. The throttle is broken, but it's open all the way. so if you hold back the saftey bar it works fine. The mower just has 2 speeds, on and off. Also- the side wall rusted out, so there is a lot of duct tape on there, be careful!

2)Technically I am handling this years hole sponsorship, and have not been made aware of that deal. (Mower for sponsor) Unless your initials are MH, and you made the deal with TS, you need to contact me.

3) Thanks for mowing! You Rock!
