At the risk of speaking for him, I'm fairly certain that Jack meant "birdie" instead of "ace". It's an easy mis-statement to make, considering that a birdie on I5 is as impressive as an ace on just about any other hole!
I don't think I'm going out on a limb to say that nobody will ever ace I5.
If anyone ever proves this statement wrong, it had better be recorded because no one will believe it without seeing it.
