The DDGC
is one of the oldest discgolf clubs. It is the first disc golf club in
the country to establish itself as a 501.C3 not-for-profit club,
providing the precedent for other clubs to follow suit.
The Club was first established around 1985, with a
core of 30 Charter Members. The club grew to well over 200 members, but
has languished in recent years due to burnout and other factors.
It is hoped that the 'new' web prescence will help kinder a new spirit in the Club and regenerate local activity and input.
