1-19-10 DDGC Meeting Notes
Present: Jon B, Jack T, Stan, Eric K, Jim H
1. Still looking for new club officers. Please contact Jon or Jack if interested. We need folks to step up, the current officers have been doing it too long.
2. We are planning to have 2010 bag tags available for the March monthly. We are not planning to do any points system this year, the top 10 tags will be gold.
3. Club membership (which includes bag tag) will be $25. There will be CTPs for club members only at monthlies, and there will be a "members only" tournament later this year.
4. To kick off the 2010 membership drive, there will be free pizza after the March monthly for those who purchase a club membership.
5. Club T-shirt this year will have a logo on front, and a slogan on the back. We are thinking about something like "DeLaveaga, Can you pass the test?" We are unusre how much these will cost, maybe around $15?
6. In the future, we will combine club meetings and Masters Cup meetings. There are many reasons to do this, and this is the way it used to be done. Daviar may schedule additional Masters Cup meetings "in between" club meetings, but only if additional MC meetings are needed.
7. Next club meeting is very soon (sometime mid Feb). Jon or Jack (or Daviar), do we have a date??? Where?
